    General Psychiatrist

    Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified General Psychiatrist to join our Psychiatric Consultation Liaison team and meet the growing demands for inpatient Behavioral Health services on the south side of Indianapolis at Franciscan Physician Network Psychiatric Specialists. With the exception of Consult Liaison services, Franciscan Health Indianapolis does not have inpatient behavioral health services. Interested candidates will be joining a busy inpatient consult practice, must embrace the "team paradigm" and this center's commitment to cultivating wellness and resiliency in the patients served.

    Job Description

    • Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
    • Flexible full-time schedule
    • Common Diagnoses:
      • Bipolar Disorder
      • Depression
      • Anxiety
      • ADHD
      • Addictions
      • Schizophrenia
      • Delirium
      • Dementia with Behavioral Disturbance
      • Bariatric Evaluations
    • Experienced clinical support staff

    Requirements

    • Doctorate - Required
    • Physician License (MD/DO) - Upon Hire Required
    • Board Certification in Specialty Discipline (or eligibility if appropriate) - Upon Hire Required
    • Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Upon Hire Required
