Franklin Primary Health Care, a trusted community clinic in Foley, AL, is seeking a Locum Tenens Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to provide quality outpatient care. This role focuses on scheduled and walk-in adult patients in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.

Job Description

• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 3 months
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Setting: Outpatient clinic (no call)
• Patient Volume: Patients per day
• Patient Population: Adults (17+)
• Common Cases: Bread-and-butter primary care, diabetes, hypertension, and chronic condition management
• Support Team: Family Practice Nurse, CNAs, and MA
• EMR: EPIC (2 to 3 days training provided)

Requirements

• Discipline: MD or DO
• Specialty: Family Medicine (preferred), Internal Medicine, or General Practice
• Board Status: BC/BE (ABFM or ABIM)
• Certifications: DEA and BLS required
• Experience: 1+ years preferred; new graduates welcome
• Documentation: Timely and accurate charting required

Compensation & Logistics

• Rate: $120/hr
• Lodging: Hotel provided during the week
• Mileage: Reimbursed
• Flights / Rental Car: Not provided
