We are seeking a Male Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Richmond, VA, supporting the Veterans Benefits Administration Medical Disability Examination (VBA MDE) program. This is a full-time, non-traveling role with no treatment or prescribing responsibilities, ideal for providers looking to serve our nation's Veterans in a structured, evaluation-based environment.

Job Description

• Conduct one-time, non-treatment disability examinations for Veterans
• Review medical history and documentation prior to assessment
• Perform physical exams as outlined by the VA's examination templates
• Document findings thoroughly and accurately using a web-based EMR
• Submit completed exam documentation within designated timeframes
• Collaborate with a designated Supervising Physician

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license (any U.S. state)
• Male NP required due to patient population needs
• Previous assessment or disability exam experience a plus, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
