Audiologist

We are seeking a full-time Audiologist to join our mission-driven team in Fredericksburg, VA. This is an assessment-only role; no treatment, diagnosis, or follow-ups are required. You will conduct in-person disability evaluations to support Veterans in receiving their well-deserved VA benefits.

Job Description

• Perform non-invasive, in-person hearing assessments for Veterans
• Review medical records before each exam
• Document exam findings using a streamlined web-based system
• Submit reports electronically within 24 hours
• Support disability claims for Veterans without providing treatment or prescriptions

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate in Audiology from an accredited program (CAA or ACAE)
• Active Audiologist license in Virginia (or compact state license)

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with VA disability or compensation exams
• Background in clinical assessments
