    Join our team for a full-time Orthopedic Surgery opportunity in the breathtaking Kenai Peninsula! This position offers a mix of clinic, operative, and call responsibilities, with modern facilities and strong surgical and clinical support.

    Job Description

    • Hospital employed position joining 100 plus established physicians
    • Replacing existing practice where physician earned $1.4 million last year

    Work Schedule

    • Clinic Schedule: Monday through Friday
    • Clinic Hours: 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
    • Average Patient Volume: patients per day
    • Call Schedule: 1:4 General Orthopedic Surgery call

    Compensation

    • Up to 90th percentile MGMA base salary
    • Productivity and experience-based compensation structure (Compensation details available upon request)

    Benefits

    • $25,000 sign-on bonus (paid upon execution of final contract)
    • $25,000 relocation assistance (paid upon execution of final contract)

    • CME allowance: $5,000 per calendar year
    • CME time off: 5 paid days annually

    Requirements

    • MD or DO degree
    • Board certified or board eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
    • Eligible for Alaska medical licensure
    • Broad orthopedic skill set preferred
    • Strong commitment to patient-centered, team-based care
