    Registered Nurse (RN) Medical/Telemetry

    Join our dynamic team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Medical/Telemetry unit at Frye Regional Medical Center. This full-time position offers day shifts with a $20,000 sign-on bonus eligibility.

    Job Description

    • Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs
    • Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
    • Provides care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient
    • Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
    • Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
    • Performs timely and accurate quality improvement assessments

    Requirements

    • Current state RN license
    • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
    • Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire
    • ACLS and PALS required within six months of hire
    • One year of experience preferred (Telemetry or Cardiac)
