Registered Nurse (RN), Nephrology Oncology
Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Nephrology Oncology department at Frye Regional Medical Center. This full-time position offers a night shift schedule with a $20,000 sign-on bonus eligible.
Job Description
- Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs
- Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions
- Provide care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient
- Perform timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
- Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
- Perform timely and accurate quality improvement assessments
Requirements
- Current state RN license
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire
- ACLS and PALS required within six months of hire
- One year of experience preferred
- Chemotherapy certification preferred
