    Requirements

    • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
    • Board certified or board eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
    • Fellowship training in Total Joint and Adult Reconstructive Surgery
    • Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Florida
    • Strong clinical and surgical track record in joint replacement procedures
