Job Description

• Practice general ENT with optional focus areas including sialo endoscopy, sleep, and otology
• Balanced schedule: 3-4 days/week in clinic and 1-1.5 days/week in the OR
• Light weekend call (1 per month); hospital call is covered by a separate team
• Academic collaboration available through a major university hospital
• Rotate through multiple well-established locations with strong referral networks
• ASC ownership and ancillary income opportunities including audiology, allergy, and real estate
• Work alongside a collaborative, nationally recognized team of physicians and audiologists

Compensation Package

• Above average base salary based on experience
• Earning potential of $800,000+ with productivity and ancillary income
• Partnership track in 18-24 months with buy-in to practice assets and receivables
• $25,000 commencement/retention bonus and relocation assistance
• 20 PTO days + 5 CME days with $2,500 stipend

Requirements

• Board certified or board eligible in Otolaryngology
