CommunityCare Mount Pleasant Clinic, affiliated with Geisinger, is seeking a family medicine trained physician for an outpatient primary care opportunity in Scranton, PA. CommunityCare, a Federally Qualified Health Center Look-Alike affiliated with Geisinger, qualifies for the National Health Service Corp Loan Repayment Program and the Pennsylvania Loan Repayment Program. CommunityCare Mount Pleasant is located in Scranton, approximately 2 hours northwest of Philadelphia.

Job Description

• Outpatient only clinic schedule - variable work week
• Physician/APP panel sharing model
• Nurse call center to assist with on-call workload
• Nurse coordinators support high needs patients
• Centralized prescription refill team
• Interdisciplinary team and quick access to specialty services
• Epic EMR - Universal throughout Geisinger

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (Required)
• Licensed Medical Doctor - State of Pennsylvania

• Experience-based salary starting at $320k
• Residency/Fellow stipend - up to $45k available
• Up to $250k recruitment incentives
