Breast Imaging Radiologist

Geisinger is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible breast imaging fellowship-trained radiologist or an experienced breast radiologist to join our dynamic and collaborative team.

Job Description

• Flexible practice options: Choose between 100% breast imaging or a mixed radiology practice.
• Robust team: Join a group of 15+ breast imaging radiologists (fellowship-trained and/or experienced), part of a larger team of 90 radiologists.
• Comprehensive breast health program: Collaborate with onsite radiologists, pathologists, breast and plastic surgeons, psychologists, geneticists, nurse navigators, and a high-risk clinic.
• ACR-accredited Breast Imaging Center of Excellence.
• Advanced imaging capabilities:
  • 3D HD screening and diagnostic exams.
  • Multi-modality breast interventions including upright tomographic, ultrasound, and MRI-guided biopsies.
  • Coming soon: Contrast-enhanced mammography.
• Academic opportunities: Teach residents and medical students.
• Research support: Participate in clinical trials and other research initiatives.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (Required).
• Licensed Medical Doctor - State of Pennsylvania.
