    Job Description

    • Work full-time (40 hours/week) with 10-hour shifts; 6:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
    • Participate in an on-call rotation that includes weekends and holidays, with a 30-minute response time required when on-call. Weekend on-call is typically every 3 months, and limited holiday on-call is approximately 1 holiday every year.

    Requirements

    • Active RN license
    • Minimum of 1 year of RN experience required
    • Experience in pre- or post-procedural care is a plus, but not required—we'll support your development!

    About the Role

    As an RN in our Endoscopy Department, you'll be part of a highly skilled team performing a wide range of procedures including EGD, colonoscopy, EUS, bronchoscopy, and ERCP. You'll work alongside gastroenterologists, pulmonologists, nurses, technicians, and coordinators to deliver tertiary-level care in a community setting.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist providers during GI endoscopic procedures
    • Administer medications, IV therapy, and conscious sedation
    • Monitor patients during and after procedures
    • Collect and prepare lab specimens
    • Educate patients and families on procedures and recovery
    • Lead and support other clinic nurses and technicians
    • Maintain and inspect medical equipment and supplies
