We are actively recruiting for passionate Outpatient Psychiatrists in the Cumming, GA market who can partner with us to achieve our mission. You will be joining us at a critical time in our journey, as we have ambitious growth plans and significant opportunities. We hire both residents and experienced psychiatrists; you must be fully licensed in the state in which you are applying to start your role here.

Job Description

• No nights, no weekends, no on-call. We understand the need for balance and offer after-hours urgent support to help maintain your lifestyle.
• Hybrid work schedule. The majority of our offices operate three days a week onsite and two days a week telehealth. A four-day work week is also possible. Expect more in-person time initially while you build your patient case load and schedule follow-ups on telehealth days.
• Our model is working, and our patients like it too. We are an evidence-based measurement organization that has proven our model improves patient lives. Our outcomes consistently show that just over 75% of patients experience clinically significant improvement within three months of treatment at Geode. We are also reducing absenteeism and presenteeism.
• Integrated care team. You will be part of a team of dedicated providers who work collaboratively to foster a team spirit focused on providing great care. Our psychiatrists benefit from having prescribers and therapists working together under one roof, supported by practice assistants and a full support team.
• We offer more advanced treatment options such as TMS and Spravato. Let us know if you have experience or interest in learning more about those.
