You will be joining us at a critical time in our journey, as we have ambitious growth plans and significant opportunities. We hire both residents and experienced psychiatrists; you must be fully licensed in the state in which you are applying to start your role here.

Job Description

• No nights, no weekends, no on-call
• After hours urgent support to help maintain work-life balance
• Hybrid work schedule with the majority of offices operating 3 days a week onsite and 2 days a week telehealth; a four-day work week is also possible
• Evidence-based measurement organization with proven patient outcomes
• Integrated care team with collaborative prescribers and therapists
• Advanced treatment options such as TMS and Spravato available
