Internal Medicine Physician

Georgia Medical Staffing is in need of an Internal Medicine physician for a 1+ year contract with the VA in Augusta, GA.

Job Description

• Location: Augusta VA/Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center, One Freedom Way, Augusta, GA 30904
• Dates: 07/01/26 - 6/30/27 (with option to extend contract)
• Hours: M-F, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
• Scope: Comprehensive Primary Care, Care Coordination, Health Promotion and Disease Prevention, Geriatric and Palliative Care Integration, Women's Health, Telehealth and Virtual Care, Consultation and Referral, Documentation & Compliance, Inpatient Admission Review, Communication of test results, Administrative Duties (10%)

Requirements

• Any unencumbered state license
• Board Certified (BC) or truly Board Eligible (BE) in Internal Medicine

Benefits

• Pay: $160 per hour as a contract employee
