Physician (FP, IM, or Gastroenterology)

Georgia Medical Staffing is in need of a physician in either Family Practice, Internal Medicine, or Gastroenterology for an ongoing outpatient locums opportunity. This practice has multiple locations in California: Banning, Beaumont, Colton, Highland, Redlands, and/or Yucaipa.

Job Description

• Full-time position
• Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with 1-hour available for lunch
• Approximately 18-20 patients seen per day
• Examines, assesses, diagnoses, and treats patients in a team-based care environment
• Clinical support staff available for rooming patients, taking vitals, handling RX refills, and follow-up appointments
• Compensation of $200 per hour
• Malpractice coverage provided
• All travel and lodging covered

Requirements

• Unrestricted California Physician License
• Current California DEA certificate required prior to start date
• Board eligible/Board certified in Gastroenterology
• Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement of this role
• Spanish-speaking preferred, but not required
