**Job Description**

- Full-time (40 hours per week) FP locums or locums to perm option
- Primary, outpatient care at 1 of 4 current sites, possibly growing to 6 in 2022
- Mass License, Mass Controlled and DEA Certifications required
- Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (may have 1 evening shift per week, but not confirmed yet)
- Manage 21 patients in an 8-hour shift
- Compensation of $140 per hour
- Paid weekly
- Malpractice coverage provided
