Join our team in Angola, IN (Northeast Indiana) for a PRN position with available dates including June 22-26, July 18, 19, August 15-21, September 8-13, October 6-16, November 3-13, 17-20, December 1-11, 14-18, and December 28-January 2, 2027. Future dates are to be determined.

Job Description

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• Call: 3:00 PM to 7:00 AM with weekday call once per week (mix of OR and OB)

Case Types Include

• Orthopedics
• Endoscopy
• Podiatry
• General Surgery
• ENT
• OB (including VBACs; no high-risk OB)

Additional Details

• CRNAs work independently with MDs on site (little to no supervision)
• EMR: EPIC
• Proficiency in epidurals, spinals, and blocks required
• Certifications: ACLS (AHA only), BLS, PALS
• Enrollment in COI-IN PCF required
