Job Description

Schedule

• Flexible care delivery (home visits & virtual)
• After-hours call coverage rotation required

Requirements

• Board-certified NP or PA with active Washington license
• Active DEA and BLS certification
• At least 5 years of licensed driving history with a clean driving record
• Must be able to travel within the region as needed
