Job Description

• Provide clinical support for orthodontic procedures and general dental clinic operations
• Assist the circulator and surgeon in the care of surgical patients as needed
• Maintain a safe, sterile environment and follow OSHA and infection control guidelines
• Prepare instruments, trays, and materials for orthodontic and minor surgical procedures
• Support patient care, including chairside assistance, patient education, and post-procedure instructions
• Participate in on-call duties according to the schedule

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Orthodontic Assistant, Dental Assistant with orthodontic assisting experience, or similar clinical role
• Relevant certification or formal training in orthodontic assisting (preferred)
• Knowledge of orthodontic procedures, clinical sterilization, and infection control protocols
• Compliance with all applicable State and Federal laws, regulations, and policies governing the provision of health care
• Ability to work 8-hour or 10-hour day shifts and participate in on-call rotation
