Great opportunity in the San Diego, CA area for a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or a Physician Assistant (PA) to work in an outpatient family practice and urgent care setting.

Job Description

• Certified Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Must have at least 1+ years of experience in Family Practice/Urgent Care
• Ideally someone already enrolled in Medicare and Medicaid
• Monday to Friday - 40 hours a week - 5 days, 8-hour shifts - no call
• 3-4 patients per hour
• Mondays and Tuesdays cover the Urgent Care - rest of the week in Family Practice clinic
• Scheduled and walk-in patients throughout the day
• EMR used is currently Integrity but switching to Epic
• Looking for mission-driven providers to help the community in need
• Solid base salary with quarterly compliance bonuses per patient, sign-on, relocation, and loan repayment options available
