**Job Description**

- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Start October 2025 for a 6-month duration with the possibility to extend
- Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
- 36 patient care hours, 4 hours of admin
- Approximately 16-20 patients per day; high elderly population
- High complexity patients, chronic disease management
- Support staff available including RN and designated MA
- EMR Meditech Expanse with Dragon dictation
- Active NH license, DEA, ACLS, BLS, PALS required
