Well-respected health facility is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join their team about 1 hour and 15 minutes from Albuquerque, NM. This position offers a Monday to Friday schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM, with the clinic closed from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM for lunch. There is no call required, and the provider will see all ages in a 100% outpatient setting. Typically, the average patient load is 15-25 patients per day; seeing 17 or more patients per day will hit production bonus incentives based on MGMA data. Last year, the high bonus was $42,000, and the low was $10,000. New graduates are welcome.
