Geriatric Nurse Practitioner

Well respected healthcare facility is seeking a Geriatric Nurse Practitioner (NP) to see ages 50+ in the Long Beach, CA area.

Job Description

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP)
• Full-time permanent position; 40 hours a week
• Call typically one day a week and one weekend each month (phone only)
• 100% outpatient
• Typically see around 16 patients per day
• Will see ages 50+ (might see some adults 18+ if open to lower age range)
• Seeking candidates with Geriatric NP experience, preferably at an FQHC/Community Health Clinic
• Seeking candidates who are passionate about caring for the underserved
• Spanish speaking preferred
• Experience with EPIC EMR
• California licensed
• Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 depending on experience plus $5,000 sign-on bonus, full benefits, and eligible for loan repayment
