Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Very large group in Indiana is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for their outpatient Primary Care clinics in Miami County, IN and St. Joseph County, IN.

Job Description

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Clinic open Monday-Friday 8a-5p, open to 4 or 5 day work week
• Option to choose from two locations about an hour apart from each other
• Will see ages all
• Will see 15-20 patients per day
• 100% outpatient
• Call rotation every 9 weeks (shared and light)
• No weekend with a great work/life balance
• EMR used is eClinical Works
• NP/PA experience required
• Come live in a city known for being the circus capital of the world
