Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

A great group in the Fairfield County, CT area is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join their team!

Job Description

• Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner or Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant
• Schedule: 80 hours over 2 weeks with 12-hour shifts
• 2 years of Family or Emergency Medicine experience preferred
• Will see ages 3 months and up
• 25+ patients per day depending on location
• No call required
• 100% outpatient
• EMR: Experity
• Will work at 6 locations in the area, with some sites being busier than others; rotating schedule
• Competitive salary, 80% medical coverage, 401k, HSA package, $2000 for CME, 1 week for CME, 1 week of PTO, and 1 week of sick leave
