    Job Description

    • $359,000+ annual pay plus a $50,000 commencement bonus
    • Work 182 shifts between our two inpatient units that are only 20 minutes apart (we don't have traffic!) + full benefits, malpractice coverage, and up to $15K relocation assistance
    • Fair rotation of shift coverage because work-life balance matters
    • A 380-bed, independent, and financially stable health system with 12 bed and 8 bed behavioral health inpatient units and BHAT's in the ED's
    • Team-based compensation model; you’re on equal footing with partners from day one
    • 24/7 board-certified EM physicians staffing the ER for seamless care coordination
    • ED is right down the hall for easy access to admissions
    • Big enough to have most specialists for consult support, but small enough that there is only one group of each
    • Full scope of clinic-based physicians, MHNP's, and counselors available within our health system
    • EPIC EMR going live in June of 2026
