Job Description

• Autonomy: CRNAs conduct their own pre-ops, build their own cases, and perform regional anesthesia
• Support: Operate under hospital bylaws with no chart review or direct MD supervision
• Mentorship: Excellent for CRNAs aiming to advance toward full independence

Benefits

• Base salary: $315,900 annually
• Earning potential: Up to $393,900 annually (based on two nights of call per week)

• $20,000 retention bonus (with a 2-year commitment)

Requirements

• Hold (or be eligible for) Iowa CRNA licensure (licensing support available upon offer)
• Value independence, efficiency, and a team-first environment
• Be comfortable in low-acuity, fast-paced surgical settings
• Have interest or foundational training in regional anesthesia
