We're hiring permanent CRNAs, both new grads and experienced, for a unique opportunity to practice autonomously in a hospital and ASC setting with unmatched schedule flexibility and a supportive clinical culture.

Job Description

• Multiple CRNAs desired for a permanent opportunity with a hardworking but easy-going group.
• Group is owned by three individuals who currently take all the call to allow an unmatched work-life balance (7-8 weeks paid vacation!) for the rest of the group. Call is allowed to be taken for extra income potential; it just isn't required.
• Autonomy: CRNAs conduct their own pre-ops, build their own cases, and perform regional anesthesia.
• Support: Operate under hospital bylaws with no chart review or direct MD supervision.
• Mentorship: Excellent for CRNAs aiming to advance toward full independence.

Requirements

• Hold (or be eligible for) Iowa CRNA licensure (licensing support available upon offer).
• Value independence, efficiency, and a team-first environment.
• Be comfortable in low-acuity, fast-paced surgical settings.
• Have interest or foundational training in regional anesthesia.

Benefits

• Base salary: $315,900 annually.
• Earning potential: Up to $393,900 annually (based on two nights of call per week).
