As a Guthrie Lourdes Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner, you will play a significant role in caring for Guthrie patients, while collaborating with physicians, advanced practice providers, and Guthrie Specialists through a strong referral network.

Job Description

• Working in the outpatient position as a member of the Guthrie Lourdes Supportive & Palliative Care Practice, located at Guthrie Lourdes Hospital in Binghamton, NY
• Focus is on relieving the pain and symptoms of the patient
• Coordinating services which include advance care planning, coordinating emotional and physical care, managing side effects from treatment, and providing caregiver support and resources.

• Master's degree in nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a Pennsylvania and New York State license.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
