Job Description

• Provide services that help restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities of patients suffering from injuries or disease.
• Restore, maintain, and promote overall fitness and health.
• Examine patients' medical histories and then test and measure the patients' strength, range of motion, balance and coordination, posture, muscle performance, respiration, and motor function.
• Develop appropriate treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1 year of experience required (this requirement will be waived with a strong recommendation from an acute care or outpatient clinical affiliation).
• Current valid NJ State Physical Therapy license.
• Maintain American Heart Association Basic Life Support HCP Certification.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Physical Therapy.
• 2 years of experience.
• Experience with electronic health records.

Pay Range Minimum: $43.17/Hr.

Rate of pay is determined based on experience and education and may include other pay components such as differentials and call pay based on role.
