    RN Critical Care Float

    Job Description

    • Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality
    • Facilitate patient care by making nursing assessments and diagnoses
    • Provide plan-based care with a commitment to continuous improvement

    Requirements

    • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required
    • 2 years of recent bedside nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting
    • Current BLS required
    • Current ACLS preferred, required within 6 months of hire
    • BSN is preferred

    This Critical Care Float position is $43/hour and you must have at least two (2) years critical care experience.
