Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

ICC Healthcare (Intensive Care Consortium) is seeking an experienced acute care nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join Chippenham Hospital in Richmond, Virginia.

Job Description

• Acute care certified NP or Physician Assistant
• ICU experience required, cardiac experience and interest a bonus
• APP providers must be proficient with, and credentialed to perform routine critical care procedures including central and arterial line placement, intubations, dialysis catheter access, and management of mechanical ventilation
• Ability to work full time, 15 shifts per month
• 12-hour shifts, nights only, block scheduling
• 56 bed ICU: Med/Surg, CVICU, and CCU
• 24/7 ICU coverage with 2 MDs and 1 APP during the day and 1 MD and 1 APP at night
