Join one of North Carolina's top cardiac programs. Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC is hiring a Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join our high-performing heart team. Our cardiac program is the second busiest in North Carolina, yet maintains the camaraderie of a smaller group. You'll work alongside 4 experienced CV surgeons performing:

• 1400+ CABG cases annually
• Lung cases
• TAVR, LVAD, ECMO, and valve procedures
• No pediatric hearts or transplant cases

This is a care team model where physicians supervise cardiac-specialty CRNAs.

Job Description

• Full-time schedule of 41.5 hours/week for 44 weeks/year
• Equal share call (1:6) with no in-house call; home-based call only

Requirements

• Board Certified/Eligible in Cardiac Anesthesiology
• Fellowship trained preferred
• Must be boarded in advanced perioperative TEE if not fellowship trained
• Eligible to work in the US without restriction
• NC medical license or ability to obtain
