Job Description

• The Site Director plays a key dual role leading a dedicated OB Hospitalist team while helping ensure the program meets both clinical and operational goals.
• Site Director collaborates with the Regional Medical Director.
• Collaborates closely with hospital leadership and medical teams to support exceptional outcomes for patients and providers.
• Builds strong relationships with nurses, physicians, and administration.
• Collaborates with Hospital and Division Leadership to support program financial performance.

Requirements

• Board certification required.
• Texas medical license or ability to obtain.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead through influence and communication.
• At least two years of clinical experience preferred, with leadership experience a plus.
