Advanced Practice Provider - Cardiothoracic Surgery

Medical City Plano is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to care for pre and post-operative cardiac surgery patients.

Job Description

• Have experience in CVICU and knowledge of a variety of mechanical circulatory support devices (intraortic balloon pump, Impella, VV/VA ECMO)
• Can work a flexible full-time schedule
• Manage patients in the CVICU recovering from CABG, valve replacement including TAVRs, complex aortic reconstruction, LVAD placement, and heart transplantation in addition to our mechanical circulator support patients
• Will cover patient consults and discharges from after surgery
