Each Program Director will lead their respective residency program, ensuring excellence in education, clinical training, and compliance with ACGME standards.

Job Description

Requirements

• Board certification in the relevant specialty by the appropriate certifying board (e.g., ABS, ABEM, ABOG, ABIM)
• Minimum of three years of documented educational and/or administrative experience in graduate medical education
• Demonstrated scholarly activity aligned with the program's mission
• Active Florida Medical License
• Familiarity with GME online and reporting systems including NRMP or SF Match, ERAS, AMA, Freida, GMETrack, ABOS, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Program Director, Associate Program Director, or core faculty
• Experience in curriculum development, resident evaluation, and faculty development
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
