Job Description

• Conduct routine check-ups to assess patients' health conditions and discover possible ailments.
• Diagnose and treat illnesses, medical conditions, and injuries.
• Prescribe, administer, and dispense medication in accordance with state regulations.
• Refer patients to specialists based on diagnostic findings and patients' needs.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests to obtain information on medical conditions and determine diagnosis.
• Develop treatment plans and coordinate patients' care with other healthcare professionals.
• Assess patients' health status and response to treatment and revise treatment plans as needed.
• Establish preventive health practices for patients to maximize their health and well-being.
• Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and positive health and lifestyle choices.
• Keep accurate and detailed records of patients' medical histories, diagnoses, and treatments.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals like nurses, physician assistants, and physical therapists.

Requirements

• Arizona MD/DO License
• Completion of US Based Residency Program
