Job Description

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care, including annual exams, prenatal care, labor and delivery, and menopause management.
• Perform minor and major surgical procedures related to the OB/GYN specialty.
• Guide patients on health prevention strategies and disease management.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient medical records.
• Interpret diagnostic tests and provide appropriate referrals as needed.
• Collaborate with clinical staff and offer professional guidance.
• Stay current on medical and surgical advancements through ongoing education.
• Respond to patient concerns with compassion and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and standards.
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to achieve multidisciplinary treatment goals.

Requirements

• Completion of OB/GYN Residency in the United States (excluding Puerto Rico).
• Arizona State Medical License (or eligibility to obtain).

Benefits

• Salary of $300k - $350k per year.
• Bonus offered: Percent of collections.

• Sign-on bonus/relocation offer of $25k - $50k.
• On-call stipend of $40k - $60k.
