    Total Joint Reconstructive Surgeon

    We are seeking a highly skilled and board-certified Total Joint Reconstructive Surgeon to join our team in Flagstaff, Arizona. As a Total Joint Reconstructive Surgeon, you will provide comprehensive medical care and treatment to residents and non-residents of Flagstaff. You will work closely with patients to diagnose and treat conditions, develop treatment plans, and promote injury prevention strategies.

    Job Description

    • Perform thorough assessments and evaluations of patients with joint conditions, utilizing cutting-edge diagnostic tools and techniques.
    • Execute precision-based surgical procedures, specializing in joint reconstruction surgeries such as hip and knee replacements.
    • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and personalized patient care.
    • Design and implement tailored treatment plans, integrating preoperative and postoperative care, rehabilitation, and patient education.
    • Lead in orthopedic procedures, including arthroplasty, arthroscopy, and other intricate joint surgeries.
    • Stay updated on the latest advancements in joint reconstructive surgery and contribute to the enhancement of surgical techniques.
    • Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records, documenting patient progress, surgical outcomes, and follow-up care plans.

    Requirements

    • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
    • Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery with a focus on Total Joint Reconstruction.
    • Current and unrestricted Arizona State Medical License.
    • Demonstrated excellence in total joint reconstructive surgery through clinical experience.
    • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to foster patient trust and understanding.
    • Strong collaborative mindset and capacity to work harmoniously within a multidisciplinary team.
    • Dedication to patient-centered care and a commitment to advancing surgical outcomes.
