Job Description
- Evaluate and manage ENT conditions including sinus issues, ear complaints, and throat concerns
- Perform in-office procedures (scopes, wax removal, debridement, and more as trained)
- Refer patients for surgical consultations when appropriate
- Provide care to a broad range of patients, primarily Medicare-aged with varied demographics
- Collaborate with ENT physicians and medical assistants in a team-based setting
- Document in eClinicalWorks EHR (preferred)
- Participate in call coverage only when physicians are out of town (triage only)
- Minimal hospital rounding only a few times annually
- Demonstrate excellent procedural technique and clinical decision-making
- Maintain strong communication with patients and care team
- Stay current with continuing education and CME activities
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years ENT experience required
- Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Arizona
- National board certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)
- Comfortable seeing patients per day
- Experience with oncology-related ENT cases strongly preferred
- Preference for pediatric experience, but not required
- Proficient with in-office ENT procedures or willingness to learn
- Experience with eClinicalWorks EHR preferred
- Compassionate, friendly, and eager to contribute to a long-standing team
- Ability to pass background check if required
- Eligible for malpractice insurance coverage
Benefits
- $120k - $140k base salary + bonus (Two APP's at the practice are currently making $200k - $225k/year)
