We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Flagstaff, AZ. We are looking for a Chiropractor who is passionate about working closely with patients, creating long-term relationships with them while providing high-quality, individualized care. Ideally, the incoming chiropractor enjoys focusing on Chiropractic care and the principles of Chiropractic and is interested in educating patients on Chiropractic care and wellness lifestyle habits, with a strong focus on rehabilitation.

Job Description

• Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
• Take and review diagnostic imaging/X-rays as needed
• Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
• Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
• Educate patients regarding diagnosis, pre and post-treatment care, lifestyle modifications/dietary recommendations, and benefits of continued chiropractic care
• Provide treatment through chiropractic care including adjustments, Diversified techniques, Graston, dry needling, physiotherapy, and various therapies and modalities
• Document and chart timely and accurate notes
• Work cooperatively with the team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
• Follow up with patients to ensure treatment goals are being met through reassessments

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
• Active Chiropractic license in AZ

Schedule

• Full time (Monday - Friday)

Compensation

• Associates typically make $85k+ (with bonus $500-$2500 per month)
