We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and experienced Chiropractor to join our established practice full time in Westlake, OH as our clinic director. Our ideal candidate is passionate about high-quality patient care, a go-getter who wants to continue to grow their patient base to serve more in their community, helping each patient return to a healthy state. We are seeking someone who takes pride in patient-centered care, is looking for a long-term commitment, who loves to learn and enjoys being a part of a team. Must have several years of clinical experience, be able to lead the clinic as clinical director, and must be neurologically minded, subluxation-based, and want to see families and pediatrics - adjusting and adjacent therapies (not nutrition or ART, or activator only).

Job Description

• Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
• Take and review diagnostic imaging/X-rays
• Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
• Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
• Provide patient education regarding diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options, pre and post-treatment care, and benefits of continued chiropractic care
• Provide chiropractic care through adjustments (Gonstead, Websters, Thompson, MC2, Diversified, Extremity Adjusting) and various therapies and modalities
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation and charting
• Work cooperatively with the team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
• Conduct patient follow-ups to ensure treatment goals are being met through reassessments
• Lead the clinic as Clinical Director

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic Program (DC)
• Chiropractic license in OH
• Several years of clinical experience with the ability to lead the office as a clinic director

Compensation

• Up to $100k per year if qualified
