We are looking for a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our growing medical team at our busy office full time in Panama City, FL. We are looking for a PA or NP to focus on helping our patients decrease pain and restore function so that they can live happier, healthier, and more active lives. The Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant is responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and managing patients' pain issues in accordance with the standard of care.

Job Description

• Patient exam/evaluation to include medical history and relevant imaging/studies
• Utilizes a multimodal approach to include but not limited to medication, physical therapy, and bracing where appropriate
• Interprets medical tests in the context of patient care and explains results to patients
• Monitors patient's compliance to treatment plan (i.e., obtaining urine drug screens, where applicable)
• Records complete, timely, and legible medical records
• Liaises with other medical professionals related to patient care
• Coordinates with medical assistants, nurses, and other medical staff
• Collaborates with the administrative team to optimize the clinic functionality
• Assists with marketing, as needed
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional societies

Requirements

• Graduation from an Accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program
• PA-C/NP Licensed in FL

Salary

• $130k-$140k annually (Depending on experience)
