We are seeking a Physician Assistant to join a Gastroenterology practice in Nashville, Tennessee.

Job Description

• Join two gastroenterologists and a three APP practice
• Conduct initial and follow-up patient assessments
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Assist with post-surgical follow-up appointments
• Prescribe medications and treatments within the APP's scope of practice
• Provide patient education and counseling
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide continuity of care

Requirements

• Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
