Radiologist Opportunities in New Mexico

Join the largest group practice in the state, which is 100% physician-owned! The group consists of 24 radiologists that have been servicing Albuquerque and the surrounding area for 70 years. They cover 4 hospitals as well as 7 independently owned imaging centers. The work volumes are reasonable, and the practice is supported by dedicated radiology assistants and a group-owned PACS system and IR service. No weeknight call is required, with only 6 weekend shifts per year from 8 AM to 2 PM. Radiology assistants and in-house IT support teams are available at all times to streamline workflow.

Job Description

• Neuroradiologist: Join 3 other neuroradiologists and practice 70% or more of the time in your subspecialty.
• Two Breast Imagers/General Radiologists: Join a team of dedicated breast imagers, two dedicated breast surgeons, a nurse navigator, and support staff. Must be MQSA certified, with experience in tomosynthesis, MRI, and all breast interventional procedures. The partnership track model consists of 80% breast imaging and 20% general. Non-breast MRI and IR are not required. No nights, no evenings, work only 6 weekend call shifts (8 AM to 2 PM) and 1 holiday call shift per year. The employed model is 100% breast imaging with no evening, nights, weekends, or call. Sign-on bonus available!
• General Radiologist/Body Imager: Work in one of the outlying facilities in Alamogordo (60 miles from Las Cruces) and Farmington (located in the NW corner of the state at the Colorado and Arizona border, 3 hours from Albuquerque).

• MQSA certification for breast imaging positions.
