Overnight Tele Rads Needed for Florida Group

Physician-owned and -managed private group of 45+ radiologists in Miami is seeking overnight tele radiologists. They cover 5 hospitals and do not cover any outpatient or oncology centers. Choose from working 7 on 7 off or 7 on 14 off. Hours are 11 pm to 7 am EST. They also have one opening with hours from 8 pm until 4 am working 7 on 14 off. Must be proficient with CT/CTA, US, MRI, and plain films. Ideal candidates would be fellowship trained in Emergency, Body, or Neuro (stroke is required), but fellowship is not required.

Breakdown of RVUs are approximately 70% CT/CTA, 15% US, 12% Plain films, and 4% MRI.

Job Description

• Overnight 7 on, 7 off 11 pm to 7 am EST: $800k for 12 RVUs/hr. Most of their remote physicians are doing 11 to 13 RVUs per year.
• Would prefer to offer a base salary using 10.5 RVUs - $700k.
• Overnight 7 on, 14 off 11 pm to 7 am EST: $475k for 10.5 RVUs; $550k for 12 RVUs.
• Late Evening 7 on, 14 off 8 pm to 4 am EST: $450k for 10.5 RVUs; $515k for 12 RVUs.

Productivity bonuses are paid at $40.00 per RVU over the contracted threshold, which is paid quarterly.
