Join our team in Mattoon, IL, where we are seeking an OBGYN to support a cohesive and fair group of healthcare professionals. This position offers a collaborative environment with a strong focus on patient care.

Job Description

• Location: Mattoon, IL
• Specialty/Setting: OBGYN
• Start Date: 60-90 days
• Support: 6 OBGYN Physicians and 1 APP
• Call: 1:4
• One physician is retiring this fall and one physician is leaving to pursue a teaching position.
• This is an extremely cohesive and fair group who ensures everyone works together.
• Average 800-900 deliveries per year.
• Dedicated pediatric hospitalists available to attend high-risk deliveries.
• One Da Vinci robot in-house currently with a second planned for next fiscal year.

Compensation

• $425,000
• Bonus based on RVU production
• Quality bonus up to $50,000
