Job Description

• 7 On / 7 Off Schedule: Predictable rotation with approximately 6-hour shifts per day.
• Low Burnout Risk: Spend less time on shift while still making a meaningful impact.
• Nurse Practitioner Support: Work with an experienced NP to assist with rounding.
• Inpatient Rounding Only: No additional clinic responsibilities.

Requirements

• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Tennessee medical licensure.
• Passionate about inpatient care and patient outcomes.
