Internal Medicine Physician

We are seeking an Internal Medicine physician to join a group providing care in the inpatient rehabilitation facility. This is a great opportunity to round on patients daily and provide them with the highest quality of care.

Job Description

• Provide comprehensive medical care to patients in the inpatient rehabilitation facility
• Round on patients daily and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with other members of the rehabilitation team, including nurses, therapists, and social workers
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Write discharge summaries
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Board-eligible or board-certified in Internal Medicine
• Excellent clinical skills and judgment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently
• Willingness to work a 7 on/7 off block schedule
